About this treatment
When it is one part of the body that is the problem, a full-body session may be more than you need. Regional massage concentrates the whole appointment on one or two areas, and the price depends on the time and the areas booked.

What happens
- We assess the area, then use deep tissue work, trigger point pressure, myofascial release and stretching.
- Most sessions focus on one or two regions.
- We will suggest how often to come back, and what you can do at home between visits.
Good to know
£45 is typical for a shorter session on one area. Longer sessions or more areas are priced up to £60, and we confirm the price when you book.
Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–16:00. Cancellations need at least 4 hours' notice.
