Before your first visit
How do I book?
Call or message us on WhatsApp on +44 7746 163829, or use the enquiry form. We reply during opening hours. Booking a day or two ahead is best, and same-day appointments are sometimes available.
What happens at the first appointment?
We start with a short chat about what you want from the session and anything we should know about, such as injuries, medication, pregnancy or allergies. Then the treatment begins, and you can ask us to change the pressure at any time.
Do you offer mobile massage?
Yes, we can travel to you in some areas. Call or message us with your postcode to check availability and any travel charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 4 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged.
